Skills training acts as our flagship player development program.
Created and coached by Drew Dawson, these skills-focused, college-level workouts are designed to reinforce the fundamentals, coach skill combinations and other advanced concepts while emphasizing a growth mindset, among other transferable skills and attributes.
Skill development training is a great fall preseason option for self-motivated players, who are focused on getting better while preparing for the upcoming winter season.
60-minute workouts kickoff October 30th and run Monday, Wednesday and Sunday evenings from 7:00-8:00 pm.

Workout dates: 10/30, 11/3,11/4, 11/6, 11/10, 11/11, 11/17, 11/18, 11/24. 11/27.
All training sessions are held at Choate Rosemary Hall and coached by Coach Dawson & select staff.
Open to aspiring players; Grades 6th-12th. Players will be assigned certain workout groups based on age and current ability-Workout groups are subject to change as the program unfolds; with respect to our progress.
