"My best skill was that I was coachable. I was a sponge, and aggressive to learn." -Michael Jordan
Project Triple Threat - Drew Dawson
Throughout my career I have changed the concept, approach and anticipated results of my businesses, projects and coaching design. However, had I waited until everything was perfect prior to getting started, I wouldn't be even close to where I am today. That said, focus on consistent action, not perfection. This is not to say you shouldn't have a plan or definitive goals. Just don't let the idea of perfection get in the way of progress, which is the single biggest thing that motivates all of us to keep going while working to sharpen our respective skills, execution, product and services. The people, and specific to hoops -- the players -- that take action everyday are the ones who eventually find their path and experience real success.
